Banana, Strawberry & Soy Smoothie

This is incredibly quick to make, so is perfect as a liquid breakfast when you don’t have time for a sit-down meal. It’s yummy and very pink! The invisible psyllium husks give it more body, while helping to lower your cholesterol and keeping you regular.


  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 ½ cups soy milk
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 1 TBSP psyllium husks


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.
  2. Serve in tall glasses. The smoothie will thicken on standing.
