We are open from Monday to Friday and offer extended clinic hours so that you can also see your dietitian before or after work.

Cooking workshops and health seminars

We usually run these in the evenings between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm, as this is the time our clients have told us they would most like to come. On occasions, we also run group sessions mid-morning. See the upcoming times and dates at a glance for our supermarket tour, health seminars and cookshops.
