The credential is awarded by the Dietitians Association of Australia to proactive leaders who use high-level nutrition and dietetic skills to have an impact on the health of the community. Advanced Practising Dietitians (AdvAPD's) are role models for the profession of nutrition and dietetics and the credential is an informal way of recognising their outstanding professional achievements.
Less than 2 % of the Dietitians in Australia have been awarded this credential.
2012 Certificate of Appreciation from the University of Sydney
We support the future of dietetics by working together with the Human Nutrition Unit at the University of Sydney to provide professional development, training, and supervision of dietetic interns.
